SHIPPING AND DESPATCH POLICY
The standard carriage charge is £6.00 per order up to 30kg in weight to all UK Mainland addresses. There is an additional charge of £10.00 per order up to 30kg if despatched to UK Offshore Islands, (excluding Channel Islands), and Northern Ireland post codes (See details). During promotional periods where carriage is offered free, this only applies to the Standard UK Mainland Carriage charge, for UK Offshore Islands, (excluding Channel Islands), and Northern Ireland £6 will be deducted from the carriage charge. Items weighing more than 30kg will be charged an additional 50p per kg for every kg above 30kg. Our main carrier is DPD who provide a tracking service. Please allow 5 working days for delivery. RETURNS
You may cancel your order any time within seven (7) working days, beginning on the day after you received the goods. We will refund the price of the goods in full, however the delivery costs originally paid are non-refundable unless your entire order is cancelled within seven (7) working days of receipt of goods.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. If a refund is payable to you we will process the refund as soon as possible, and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day you gave written notice of cancellation.
To cancel an order you must return the goods to us immediately. The goods should be returned in the same condition in which you received them, and they will be returned at your own cost and risk. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via email within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm via email that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.
Any orders for personalised goods are non-returnable. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights.
If a refund is payable to you, we will use the same method used by you to pay for your order.
CANCELLING ORDERS
A full refund including carriage charges will be given if goods are cancelled prior to being despatched. The cost of returning any goods already despatched is borne by the customer. Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt. A full refund excluding the original carriage charge will be given once the goods are received at our premises provided the goods are unused and in the original packaging. When returning goods we strongly recommend you do so under an insured recorded delivery.
PRIVACY POLICY
We hold no credit or debit card information. We do not pass or sell any customer information onto third parties other than our appointed carriers.
PROOF OF AGE
If an item is for sale which is covered by an age restriction by placing an order you declare that you are over the required age to purchase an age restricted item.
AVAILABLITY OF GOODS
Items which are on sale while stocks last will disappear from the Website pages when they are sold out. If there is a supply issue with an item ordered from the Website we will inform you as soon as we are aware of the delay. You can opt to cancel your order at any time.
LEGAL INFORMATION
The Website may be used only for lawful purposes and in a lawful manner. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statues and regulations regarding the Website and any transactions conducted on or through the Website. Limitation of Liability While we will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information we place on the Website, we make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy. The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any representation of endorsement made and we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the Website, or any transaction that may be conducted on or through the Website including but not limited to, implied warranties of non-infringement, compatibility, security, accuracy, conditions of completeness, or any implied warranty arising from course of dealing or usage or trade. We make no warranty that the Website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, and reliability of the Website. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the Website. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we disclaim any and all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the Products. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor does it affect your Contract Cancellation Rights. We will not be liable, in contract, (including, without limitation, negligence), pre-contract or other representations, (other than fraudulent or negligent misrepresentations), or otherwise out of or in connection with the Conditions for: Any economic losses (including without limitation loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings); or Any loss of goodwill or reputation: or Any special or indirect losses, Suffered or incurred by that party arising out of or in connection with the provisions of any matter under the Conditions. Nothing in the Conditions shall exclude or limit our liability in respect of any fraudulent or negligent misrepresentation whether or not such has become a term of the Conditions

None of the above terms or conditions affect your statutory rights.
PRICING POLICY
Items which appear on the website showing a discounted price have been on sale for at least 28 days either on the website or within one of our branches. Items on sale on the website showing a reduction from a suggested, recommended or manufacturer’s price have been listed by the supplier or manufacturer within their published price list.
